为期3个月的艺术家驻留项目为瑞士艺术家来到中国,和中国艺术家前往瑞士开展创作提供机会。

申请
2021年艺术家驻留申请必须以英语写就,最晚须于2020年3月1日前通过www.myprohelvetia.ch提交。2020年艺术家驻留人选已经确定。申请必须用英语填写。

关于瑞士文化基金会
瑞士文化基金会在世界各地设有联络办公室,包括中国、俄罗斯、埃及(阿拉伯区域)、印度(南亚)、南非(非洲南部国家)等地的办公室。为促进瑞士与上述地区的文化交流与艺术合作,瑞士文化基金会在办公室所在地设立驻留项目。
瑞士艺术家以及来自视觉艺术、设计、互动媒体、音乐、戏剧、舞蹈等领域的艺术家及艺术从业者均可申请。同时,瑞士文化基金会也为中国艺术家与艺术从业者前往瑞士参加驻留项目提供支持。
The Swiss Arts Council Pro HelvetiaStudio Residency 2021
Artists from Switzerland can spend a studio residency (max. 3 months) in China, and conversely, Chinese artists can spend a residency in Switzerland.
The aim of the residency is:
· To gain a broad insight into a different cultural environment
· To establish networks
· To contemplate new projects or collaborations with local partners and artists.
The residency includes:
· travel costs and per diem
· accommodation (depending on the place in a classical residency space or in a flat)
· workspace (on request)
· professional advice and support
· to some extent, production costs (on request)
· health insurance (for residencies in Switzerland)
Selection criteria:
· convincing track record: personal artistic activity above and beyond the regional level
· context-related motivation
· adequate foreign language skills
The maximum number of residencies per person supported by Pro Helvetia is limited to three.
Applications
Applications for a studio residency in 2021 can be submitted until March 1, 2020 via www.myprohelvetia.ch. The studio residencies for 2020 have already been assigned. Applications must be written in English.
Applications from Swiss artists for two different offices abroad regions are possible. Two separate and complete applications must then be submitted. The maximum number of applications granted under this call is one per person.

About Our Residency Project
The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia maintains a network of regional liaison offices in China, Russia, Egypt (for the Arab region), India (for South Asia), and South Africa (for Southern African countries). In order to enhance cultural exchange and artistic collaborations between Switzerland and these regions, Pro Helvetia offers residencies in both directions.
Swiss artists and cultural practitioners in the areas of music, literature, visual arts, design and interactive media, theatre and dance are eligible to apply. At the same time, Pro Helvetia facilitates residencies in Switzerland for artists and cultural practitioners from China.
